Carolina Revival

"Devotion and proximity to the feet of Jesus is our chief obsession. We have quit pursuing personal destiny and are embracing generational legacy. To those who will hear the sound and embrace the narrow road, we say, Welcome Home."

In August 2014, God began to pour out a mighty move of the Spirit among our congregation at Hope Chapel. We call this movement the Carolina Revival. This revival has become a home in the wilderness to so many individuals, families and even ministries over the past several years and we are overwhelmed by the goodness of the Father.

The Carolina Revival is much more than good church services and goes far deeper than extended meetings and a crowded sanctuary. This revival has permeated our homes and has overflown into our families and daily lives. We are weeping in our cars driving down the road. We are encountering the glory of God in the aisles of the grocery store. Broken marriages are being restored and estranged sons and daughters are coming home. Day after day we receive testimonies. Bodies have been healed of cancer. Addicts have been delivered from years of bondage. Churches across the nation have been transformed and revolutionized by the sound coming out of what Holy Spirit is doing here among this company of beloved, seated sons.

We have done very little to produce or fuel what is happening here in the woods of Carolina. It is peculiar and obscure. Our hearts are set on being thankful. Devotion and proximity to the feet of Jesus is our chief obsession. We have quit pursuing personal destiny and are embracing generational legacy. To those who will hear the sound and embrace the narrow road, we say, Welcome Home.
